Returns & Exchanges
Chopova Lowena accepts returns on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that due to the unique, upcycled nature of our textiles, slight variations are characteristic of the artisanal process and not considered defects.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt at our studio.
